General information
For more than 100 years Sönnergrens has produced mechanical parts
and components for the Swedish Industry. Our speciality is shims in large
and small series in thickness down to 0.05 mm. We also manufacture washers,
braces, brackets, strips, etc.Everything from prototypes to million series.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY
We have a pressing force of 30kN to 1600kN ( 3 - 160 tons). We also
have 2 automatic nibbling machines from Pullmax, P104 and P126. The machines
are for all the standard thin and medium sheet-metal sections 0.8 to 6.0 mm
thick.
MATERIALS
We work with a number of different steel qualities, plus plate which
is galvanized, of aluzink, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass and
bronze. Also other special qualities.
TOOL SHOP
In our modern tool workshop we manufacture our pressing tools which
are the basis for rational and reliable production.
